  Its a good location for a decent price. Rooms are slipping since the owners have changed. But it's still a good value for price.

  Wi-Fi is slow but room has direct internet line plug if you bring a laptop .

  Hot Water setting is warm enough for a shower or bath , though no need for cold water to offset the hot water , as it is not scalding

  Nice location ; walking distance to Tim Hortons , Pizza Hut , McDonald's , gas stations etc on same side of the road and across the road from the Mall .
